Many cases were heard recently in Dodge Superior Court. The following are the results of those cases.David M. Jones was charged with eight counts of felony insurance fraud and seven counts of identity theft, under first offenders act (FOA) he received 10 years probation and ordered to pay a $1,000.00 fine.
Melissa Tomerlin was charged with one count felony theft by taking and under FOA she received three years probation and ordered to pay a $750.00 fine.
Melissa Leigh Tomberlin was charges with one count felony financial transaction card theft and under FOA received three years probation and ordered to pay a $500.00; and one count felony financial transaction card fraud and received three years probation to run concurrent with prior and ordered to pay a $500.00 fine.
Addie Cox Shepherd was charged with one count felony theft by taking and under FOA received 10 years probation and ordered to pay a $750.00 fine.
Ysheia Ke’Asia Willis was charged with one count felony possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance and under FOA received three years probation and ordered to pay a $750.00 fine; and one count misdemeanor marijuana less than one ounce and received 12 months probation to run concurrent with prior and ordered to pay a $350.00 fine.
Krista Wiggins was charged with one count misdemeanor theft by shoplifting and received 12 months probation and ordered to pay a $500.00 fine.
